My Kangen Water Experience

I have been drinking Kangen water for four and a half months. At the beginning I was experiencing the normal cleansing symptoms of drinking the water when switching from a very acidic state. I had to use the washroom more than usual as my body purged harmful wastes and I would get occasional headaches. I lost some weight after 2 weeks, which I wasn’t looking to do but I’m not complaining especially since I didn’t have to work very hard for it. I used to be extremely bloated right before and during my time of the month. Since drinking Kangen water I don’t feel bloated. On the same subject…I used to get horrible cramps during my period and I mean it was excruciating pain that I would have to take time off work during the first couple days because I couldn’t stand up. The cramps are much more manageable and I can actually function now. I notice my skin is much more healthy looking and I don’t break out as often. Overall I feel better – feel more alive…I have more energy!

The machines can make more than just drinking water. It has other uses as well, such as cleaning properties and health care. I tested the 2.5 pH strong acidic water when I had a cough and almost immediately I stopped coughing. When I gargled with the water it wasn’t the most pleasant taste when it hit my tongue but it definitely worked to clear up my symptoms fast. Note: do not drink 2.5 pH strong acidic water

I also witnessed Kangen water being used by a type 1 diabetic. When they first started drinking Kangen Water their blood sugar levels were consistently higher than their normal range and they were discouraged at first. After 2 months of drinking Kangen water their blood sugar went back to their normal range and now after four months they were able to lower their baseline insulin dose by 10%.

I cook with Kangen water everyday since I got my K8 and I have noticed that I don’t need to use as much seasonings in my food. When I boil pasta it doesn’t stick together anymore and the noodles don’t take very long to cook. I make my morning coffee using Kangen water and the flavour is much more dominate and I stopped using sugar all together as I don’t need it.

I wash all my fruits and vegetables with Kangen water and it’s amazing to see all the chemicals coming off of them. But it’s also very shocking and scary to know that all those chemicals are on the foods we consume daily. It has been a real eye opener for me.

I’m glad I was introduced to Kangen water as I have reaped the benefits of this special water. Now when I drink iced tea or anything that I used to love before, all I get are headaches. But that can quickly be cleared up with a couple glasses of Kangen water. I feel my overall health is improving every day. I will continue to drink Kangen water and will do another review in a few months to keep you up-to-date as things progress along. To notice the reward that Kangen water offers you have to keep with it while your body changes from acidic to healthy.
