Whatever we focus on grows, for example: if you are always telling yourself it is hard to take care of kids and build a business it will get harder. If your always thinking about how tired you are, you’ll get more tired. You attract what you think about. Once you truly understand this you can change the course of your life and business by doing the opposite. If you think about and expect success you will succeed, if you think about being healthy you can prevent sickness. It really is that simple.
This does not mean you can sit around all day thinking positive thoughts and expect success to happen. How To Create Affirmations
To create affirmations that fit you and your desires first you have to decide what it is you want. Then you take what it is you want and put it into first person, present tense declaration. Then you repeat it to yourself constantly. For example: Let’s say you want to be the top level in your company (lets call it diamond). You will say to yourself every day “I am a Diamond”. You must say it with belief and enthusiasm. You have to believe what you are saying in your heart and allow yourself to feel what it would be like to achieve what you are wanting. Repeat your affirmations five times daily no matter what. Create some affirmations for yourself that apply to what you are wanting in life.
